• Personal interviews – Meeting one-on-one with each associate to review work history, experience, work preference and availability
• Reference checks – Checking multiple references for each associate, including former employers and/or colleagues
• Skills evaluations – Conducting assessments, based on job requirements and your requests, such as general manufacturing knowledge, reading and comprehension, and basic math.
• Drug screens – Conducting tests according to your request
• Background checks – Performing checks according to your request
• Work eligibility verification – Using E-Verify to ensure each associate is eligible to work
• Safety training – Completing basic safety training, proper lifting, HAZCOM, blood-borne pathogens, and any requested job-specific training 
• Orientation – Reviewing worksite policies, expectations, procedures and work environment so our associates are prepared
• Arrival check – Ensuring the associate arrived on time, ready to work
• Performance monitoring – Working with each associate’s supervisor throughout the assignment to monitor performance and ensure continued satisfaction
• Payroll and benefits management – Managing all new-hire paperwork, payroll, taxes, unemployment claims, workers' compensation claims, and benefits for every associate we assign
