Bank Acquisition Support
Our mission is to partner with financial organizations when they are acquiring failed or distressed banks from the FDIC using a smooth, streamlined process for retaining and transitioning employees. We provide a fully customizable program which serves as the bridge between the failed bank and the acquiring institution. This gives time to the acquiring HR department to move through the hiring process in an orderly fashion.
Our individual interview of acquired employees provides the acquiring institution with timely information and insights to take into consideration when making hiring decisions. This is an ideal opportunity to thoroughly screen the acquired employees and to make sure that they all meet the hiring standards of the acquiring entity.
Often benefits administration is a large part of the initial focus and a new health plan needs to be acquired. Our accurate payroll support and immediate interim health coverage ensures a seamless transition for the acquired employees. We also payroll the FDIC closing weekend and provide documentation that facilitates reimbursement.
Our objective as the partner of the acquiring organization is to:
· Be present on site during closing weekend
· Limit exposure to hiring risk
· Implement pre employment screenings
· “On-board” associates efficiently while treating them with respect
· Provide health coverage from the first day
· Render accurate payroll
· Reduce the workload of the onsite acquisition team
· Provide an overview of each employee that is given to Human Resources over the Closing weekend.
· Provide an array of supportive services to both the acquiring bank and the new employees
· Provide executive search recruitment support to fill openings or assist displaced employees in finding new opportunities.
